GUTAN reserves the right to change or supplement these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify GUTAN content without written permission.
• Use any robot, spider, or automated means to access the website.
• Attempt to penetrate or damage the website security system.
• Post misleading content or content that infringes on third-party rights.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Actual colors may differ slightly from screen images due to display settings.

GUTAN reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for: out-of-stock items, invalid order info, suspected fraud, or pricing display errors.

For custom products (personalized embroidery), orders will only proceed after the customer confirms the design and completes the deposit.

All prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping fees are added at order confirmation.

GUTAN accepts bank transfer and COD. Bank account info will be provided via Zalo upon order confirmation.

All website content including images, text, logos, and embroidery designs is GUTAN property and protected by Vietnamese intellectual property law.

GUTAN is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or products.
